Overseas Group Commander

Colonel Arlinda Bailey serves as the Overseas Group Commander.

Col Bailey served as National Executive Officer and a member of the National Command Staff (2017-2021).   A member since 1998, Colonel Bailey is a former Tennessee Wing Commander with prior service including Vice Commander for Tennessee Wing, the wing’s Group 1 commander and commander of the Kingsport Composite Squadron.  Colonel Bailey served during Hurricane Ivan in 2004 as aircrew, and as incident commander during Deepwater Horizon in 2011. She holds master’s ratings in Logistics and Administration and is the recipient of the Wilson Award.

Colonel Bailey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, TN. She worked as an electronic sales representative for Texas Instruments Supply and as a merchandise representative for the Procter and Gamble Corp.
